Mature Ewes

Mature ewes are often available for sale. These ewes have performed well for us and are still productive flock members.  Mature ewes who are not sold are returned to our breeding flock.     

Mature ewes are available because we have a daughter lamb we would like to add to the flock to optimize genetic diversity and potential. Mature ewes for sale are healthy with sound feet, udders, and mouths and have not had difficulty lambing or raising lambs. Flock records are available for review.

Ewe Lambs

Lambs are born April through May. We participate in NSIP; EBVs are available in late September with  selection beginning in early October. 

We are happy to assist you in making selections for your flock, or you are welcome to visit our farm and choose from available lambs. Please contact us early as lambs tend to sell quickly. A deposit will reserve your place on the "draft" list.

Mature Rams

Double Ewe Farm occasionally offers mature rams for sale.  These proven registered rams have balanced EBV's, are tested RR at Codon 171, and have been used on our farm.
