Beef

We sell beef by the half or quarter from January through April while supplies last. Each quarter typically produces around 175 pounds of fresh frozen beef packaged and cut to your instructions. We personally deliver to Straka Meats in Plain, WI, a state inspected and Animal Welfare Approved harvest facility.  Straka  Meats is happy to guide you through selecting the processing choices.
